完成时的话动词必须是延续性的`
你是不是过去式跟完成时搞不清楚?
有ago.lastweek,yesterday,in 1980,in May,just now...等词是过去式
for,since,so far,already,yet,up to now,ever,recently用完成时
one and a half hours ago 一个半小时前，是一个具体的时间点，所以用过去时。
完成时，需要持续的时间段。

应该填called .因为这个句子的结尾提示了你这个句子的时态,注意到ago了吗?就是它.你填has called是不对的,它的时态和ago连用.
